Are you ready to take the authentic route?

Here's what you can expect.....

Complimentary Intro Call (30mins)

All conversations begin with a free introduction call. This provides a no-obligation way to meet Kate and share a little about what you want to address through coaching. It's a great opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of what a coaching partnership looks like - after all, you can only learn so much from a website :)

Individual Coaching (30mins or 60mins)

You have full freedom and flexibility to choose individual, or multiple coaching sessions, depending on what you need and your budget. There are no rules when it comes to coaching, and Kate can discuss the options available during your intro chat.

Coaching on Demand (COD) - multiple sessions, flexible scheduling, discounted rate

Coaching on Demand is a fantastic way to stretch your budget. You can take advantage of two packages:

  • COD 6 package
6 coaching sessions (60 mins each) which you pay for in advance, and schedule as needed within a 6-month period.
Benefit from a discount on the overall cost.

  • COD 12 package*
12 coaching sessions (60 mins each) which you pay for in advance, and schedule as needed within a 12-month period.
Benefit from a discount on the overall cost.
*Managers can share COD 12 between two team members - getting even more value from this package.

Communications Support/Consultancy

In addition to coaching services, Kate offers a limited amount of communications support/consultancy. Organizations and businesses are increasingly seeing the value of fractional communications, where a senior-level communications professional is brought in on a temporary or part-time basis, providing strategic support without the need to employ someone full-time.

With more than two decades' experience, Kate has been at the helm of countless high profile events/initiatives such as:

  • Establishing UBC's first-ever central internal communications function - which went on to produce award-winning work.
  • Leading UBC's communications response to the COVID pandemic.
  • Leading internal and external communications related to BC Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre.
  • Leading the central communications function for Lancashire County Council - England's 4th largest local authority serving more than 1.2 million residents.
  • Managing several multi-disciplinary teams - including internal and external comms, non-profit membership engagement, marketing, design and photography.
  • Establishing UBC's first-ever Communicators Mentoring Program.
  • Managing internal and external communications related to high profile reputational issues in Canada and the UK - such as NHS related crises, strike action, suspected terrorism incidents and a high profile provincial election.
